Meet our Founder

Ryan founded Vector in March 2022 after nearly a decade of working as a fully-qualified mortgage and protection broker.

In 2013, Ryan began providing mortgage advice at a more traditional broker. In 2016, he played a key role in launching the UK's first online mortgage broker.

Having helped thousands of people secure a mortgage for their home, Ryan's now drawing on that experience to make getting a mortgage even easier.

For many, buying a home and arranging a mortgage can be a confusing, stressful and time-consuming experience. So Ryan's fixing that, giving people the knowledge, tools and confidence they need without compromising on service.

While it’s important to find the best deal out there, Ryan believes that a client's relationship with their broker is just as important. That's why trust and support are central to Vector's service. To find out more, see who we are and how we work.

Away from all things mortgages, Ryan lives in a village between Bristol and Bath. In his downtime, you might find him outdoors on a challenging hike or a more relaxed walk with his partner Taylor and Maltipoo Kobe.

A big fan of travel, Ryan loves to experience different cultures, sample traditional foods and unwind on a quiet beach.

Ryan also trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, will never say no to a game of squash, and tries his best to improve his surfing abilities when he can.
